About the Role

Seeking a dynamic Client Partner to join our Sydney Consortium team, responsible for shaping sales strategies, creating custom solutions, and fostering relationships with major accounts. This role involves solving complex business problems through marketing strategies across digital, content, and print, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize the establishment and maintenance of major account relationships.
  • Drive revenue generation through Print & Digital channels by identifying market opportunities and developing innovative sales strategies.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of client solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration with clients and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Identify opportunities to solve business problems with NCA products or services to existing clients.
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with client objectives and showcase the unique benefits of our solutions.
  • Track and analyse sales metrics and KPIs, including revenue targets, conversion rates, pipeline activity and forecasting.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years experience in account management or in a sales position in publishing or agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, formats, terminology and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster enduring relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for utilising data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Commercial mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities for growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies.
  • Able to identify market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies to help drive revenue growth.
  • Understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Experience in account planning and execution is beneficial.
