About the Role

The National Student Recruitment and Enrollment Manager supports and coaches assigned regions' Student Enrollment Coordinators (SECs) to achieve annual student enrollment goals. This role involves leading regional calls, managing field operations, and ensuring alignment between national strategy and regional execution. The manager reports to the Director of Enrollment and participates in national initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support regional Student Recruitment and Enrollment Managers & Student Enrollment Coordinators (SECs) through data-driven coaching, field visits, and tactical calls.
  • Lead and manage national recruitment and enrollment initiatives, ensuring alignment between national strategy and regional execution.
  • Partner with APOs, RDO's and regional enrollment teams to ensure consistent implementation of enrollment systems, compliance standards, and family engagement strategies.
  • Analyze regional and national enrollment data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and implement targeted interventions.
  • Codify and share best practices across regions by developing tools, systems, and resources.
  • Design and deliver professional development and training sessions for regional and campus staff.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and National Enrollment teams to plan and execute national campaigns and events.
  • Contribute national insight and recommendations to inform strategy, improve systems, and enhance tools.
  • Provide support during key enrollment milestones such as lottery, re-registration, and registration.
  • Serve as a national liaison between HQ and regional teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability.
  • Participate in national and regional enrollment events, professional development sessions, and working groups.
  • Work a non-traditional school schedule, including weekends, to support Student Enrollment Coordinators.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Enrollment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 3-5 Years of Experience with Sales, Organizing and In-Field Recruitment, community engagement
  • Must be willing to travel by plane or car to conduct weekly campus visits and support in their assigned regions or across regions.
  • Travel average 50% of the time with peak seasons at 60%
  • Must be willing to work evenings and weekends at recruitment and enrollment events.
  • Dotted line supervision of Regional Student and Enrollment Managers and Campus Student Enrollment coordinators.
