About the Role

Join a premier fine art logistics company specializing in the transportation, storage, and installation of high-value items. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with experience in moving or logistics who take pride in precision handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with local and interstate collections and deliveries of fine art, antiques, and personal effects
• Safely pack, handle, and transport fragile, oversized, and high-value items
• Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safe handling techniques
• Support installation and placement projects at client locations
• Complete condition checks, reports, and job documentation accurately
• Report manifest changes to the Operations or Dispatch Manager
• Partner with drivers to ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and properly loaded
• Verify goods against daily trip sheets or manifests
• Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management and scanning
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout the handling process
• Follow all company safety standards and operational protocols
• Collaborate effectively within small crews
• Submit signed manual timesheets within 24 hours for off-site work

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in moving, warehousing, logistics, or art handling preferred
• Ability to understand inventory processes
• Ability to learn proper handling and installation of furniture and fine art
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to complete detailed paperwork and condition reports
• Professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to push and pull up to 120 pounds using equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift throughout the workday
• Must adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance
