About the Role
TransPerfect Legal (TL) empowers legal professionals by providing AI, analytics, and multi-language technology solutions for various legal projects. TL serves Am Law 200, Global 100 firms, and Fortune 500 corporate legal departments.
Responsibilities
- Create job numbers in ProjectA for each client order.
- Allocate costs for each assignment across job numbers.
- Input client line items at negotiated rates.
- Process RIPS invoices for outside vendors.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices.
- Respond to sales team questions regarding ProjectA processes.
- Liaise with outside vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment schedules, and general inquiries.
- Answer office phones as needed.
- Document each billing assignment in master spreadsheet and other tracking documents.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
