About the Role

Responsible for a team of sales professionals to drive sales activities and strategies for capital markets and managing and developing select client relationships. Provides superior client experience and ensures compliance with risk and regulatory requirements. May assist Senior Leadership with strategic planning for the group. Partners with internal service partners to develop client materials and provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Coordinates the execution of sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales and new business activity. Continually develops knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Enforces compliance with policies and regulations. Provides coaching and leadership to develop the line of business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales activities and strategies for capital markets.
  • Manage and develop select client relationships.
  • Provide superior client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist Senior Leadership with strategic planning for the group.
  • Partner with sales team, relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop materials for clients.
  • Provide appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions.
  • Allocate client coverage to optimize alignment.
  • Coordinate the execution of sales and marketing strategies including new product development, to maximize sales and new business activity.
  • Continually develop knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements.
  • Enforce compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to develop the line of business.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sponsor Coverage
  • Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Ability to assess and effectively manage all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.

Salary/Compensations

  • $169,400.00 – $343,200.00
  • This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
