About the Role
We are seeking a Visual Designer to join our brand team and bring our distinctive visual identity to life across all touchpoints. This is a hands-on execution role focused on craft, where you will extend a creative direction and defined brand system into polished, on-brand work at speed and scale. The ideal candidate possesses strong instincts, pays close attention to detail, and can seamlessly transition between different design tasks.
Responsibilities
- Design across various formats including presentations, marketing collateral, digital and social assets, web components, and event/environmental graphics to maintain a cohesive brand system.
- Translate creative direction, rough concepts, sketches, or written briefs into finished designs.
- Extend and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries to ensure organizational brand consistency.
- Execute production-level craft, including typesetting, layout, color, file preparation, and export for both print and digital media.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, comms) to understand requirements and deliver work that meets the brief.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate with a positive, collaborative attitude.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience, either in-house or agency.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and systems thinking, with the ability to execute within an established brand.
- Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience leveraging LLM / Gen AI to accelerate asset creation and adaptation.
- A keen eye for detail and a high standard for finished work.
- Ability to take direction and elevate it effectively.
- Comfort working at a fast pace across a high volume of varied requests.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego working style.
