About the Role

You'll own the enterprise-readiness surface end to end and turn it into product, including deployment options, compliance posture, access and security controls, and billing and spend controls. Define what a complete Baseten Enterprise Product offering looks like.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Enterprise Readiness customer experience end to end, partnering with GTM and Enterprise Engineering to make 'enterprise-ready' a platform-wide capability.
• Develop product vision and roadmap for regulated customers, anticipating needs in deployment models, compliance, identity and access, and billing.
• Act as the Enterprise customer voice, translating deal-blocking requirements into product capabilities.
• Turn one-off exceptions into a smaller set of sellable, supported capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with depth in enterprise or B2B infrastructure (security, compliance, identity, networking, or billing).
• Shipped enterprise readiness features such as multi-cloud/region deployments, SSO/RBAC, SOC 2/HIPAA, VPC/PrivateLink, and usage-based billing.
• Credible with security, compliance, and procurement buyers, as well as engineers.
• Experience thinking in terms of supported, priced products rather than per-deal exceptions.
• Rigorous researcher who uses customer and deal reality to drive decisions.
• Relentless shipper.
