About the Role
Axle is seeking an individual to lead its international expansion, making it the go-to platform for energy flexibility globally. This role involves assessing future markets and business models from first principles, diving deep into regulations, modeling revenue, and trialing new propositions at a rapid pace.
Responsibilities
- Defining and executing Axle’s international expansion plans
- Assessing business models, evaluating access requirements/regulation, and modelling value in power markets globally
- Engaging with grid operators, utilities/retailers, partners, and prospects to rapidly create and disprove hypotheses
- Initiating Axle’s operations in new geographies by scoping and setting up pilots, tracking down partners, and building relationships
- Processing highly technical information, identifying commercial value, and driving market entry at speed
