About the Role

This seasonal role accelerates business value by moving completed pallets from the lines, shrink wrapping them, and preparing them for stacking or truck loading. It may also involve moving pallets from the staging area and triple stacking them in freezers, all while demonstrating "True North" attributes and utilizing lean principles for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets from the line with a forklift and place them for shrink wrapping.
• Operate the shrink wrap machine.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers using proper documentation.
• Operate the forklift in a safe and responsible manner.
• Perform accurate inventory counts in all freezers.
• Retrieve triple stacked product safely and load trucks efficiently.
• Ensure a limited number of short pallets in the freezer.
• Adhere to the Code of Business Ethics.
• Maintain high safety standards.

• Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
