StretchLab Scarsdale is hiring an Assistant Studio Manager to help lead one of the nation’s fastest growing boutique fitness brands. This role offers an opportunity to build a long term career with a company that’s rapidly expanding. You will partner with the Studio Manager to drive studio performance and create an outstanding experience for every member.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and recurring revenue growth
- Coach, mentor, and motivate Sales Associates and Flexologists
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding member experience
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members
- Support daily studio operations, scheduling, and staff management
- Execute local marketing initiatives, networking, and community outreach
- Monitor membership goals, sales performance, and operational KPIs
- Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative team culture
Requirements
- Leadership experience in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or sales
- A proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading successful teams
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
- A passion for coaching, developing others, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
