About the Role
The Brand Marketing Manager will lead and execute global marketing strategies, bringing integrated campaigns to life across all channels. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, creative, and authentic brand touchpoints that align with the company's heritage and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution including workbacks, timelines, and deliverables
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive, on-brand campaign presentation
- Act as the primary liaison across teams to ensure alignment and clarity
- Review and approve campaign assets for brand consistency
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies
- Maintain and optimize the marketing calendar and internal processes
- Champion a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Develop insight-driven marketing briefs in collaboration with leadership
- Ensure strategies are grounded in data to drive performance
- Support the evolution of brand positioning, guidelines, and consumer segmentation
- Lead brand presence in key cultural moments in partnership with PR
- Develop retailtainment strategies to elevate in-store experiences
- Own strategy and execution for key sale moments
- Monitor brand and competitor performance to identify opportunities
- Contribute to post-campaign analyses and future growth planning
- Support the development of presentations and strategic tools
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support team effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 6-7+ years of experience in brand or campaign marketing in-house or at an agency
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
- Proven project management and organizational skills
- Experience leveraging consumer and sales data to inform strategy
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, segmentation, and targeted marketing
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
