This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize incentive and non-incentive messages and experiences, leveraging data-driven strategies and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle marketing strategy for your audience, defining channel mix, prioritization, and ensuring clear user value.
  • Build and manage an experimentation program from ideation through results, driving measurable impact.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science to unlock new platform capabilities and influence roadmaps.
  • Own performance reporting, defining metrics, experimentation setup, and sharing results with stakeholders.
  • Drive creative strategy by briefing, reviewing, and iterating on assets across multiple channels.
  • Apply behavioral science frameworks to inform message sequencing, timing, and incentive design.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in growth marketing with experience owning a full lifecycle marketing program from strategy to roadmap management.
  • Strong SQL skills required for data extraction and quality assurance.
  • A system for experiment prioritization with clear success metrics and the ability to deprioritize based on business needs.
  • Ability to translate complex experiment results into clear takeaways for non-expert audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to advocate for priorities and build alignment without direct authority.
  • Ability to write tight creative briefs and provide specific, actionable feedback to designers and copywriters.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for automation and workflow optimization.
  • Experience using monetary incentives to drive behavior change and impact.
  • Experience building complex automated marketing journeys in a CRM platform and identifying limitations of out-of-the-box functionality.
