About the Role
The Mopar Parts and Service Technical Advisor serves as a liaison between Stellantis and dealerships, providing technical assistance and operational consultation to enhance service and parts performance, resolve issues, and improve customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone and in-dealership technical assistance
- Troubleshoot and solve final repair attempt situations
- Represent Stellantis as subject matter expert for litigation/buybacks
- Manage dealership technical training requirements
- Provide support for C.A.G. / Engineering / proving grounds requests
- Conduct Recall and Rapid Response (RRT) follow up and reduction
- Act as quality feedback liaison
- Consult on Repair Service Agreements and facilities inspections
- Consult on Tools/equipment/facility
- Consult on Customer experience and improved Fixed First Visit
- Consult on Repair shop process improvements and proactive business planning
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships, customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
- Required to travel domestically (61-80%), 50% overnight travel

Experience Level
- Minimum 3 years of experience advising dealerships or in automotive technical service
Education Level
- Associate's degree in Automotive Technology OR a high school diploma / GED AND automotive trade school certification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field (Preferred)
- ASE certification (Preferred)
