About the Role
Our campus stores serve as a vibrant hub of college life and learning, creating retail and learning experiences that engage students, support faculty, and build alumni loyalty. As a Campus Retail Associate, you will provide superior customer service and support store leaders in all facets of retail operations to ensure optimal store performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
- Provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers and focusing on their positive experience.
- Support store operations including operating equipment and cash register, ensuring speed of service and accurate transactions.
- Maintain store appearance by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products and space.
- Perform routine housekeeping including dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Work during peak periods (semester starts and ends), occasional weekends, and maintain flexible scheduling throughout the academic year.
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- Outstanding attitude with the willingness to learn and capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods.

Salary/Compensations
- Seasonal Bookseller pay rate: $20.00/hr.
