About the Role
The strategy team supports the firm’s leadership in making strategic business decisions through rigorous research, analysis, and assessment. The team advises on important strategic decisions about the firm’s future, working on projects that span many disciplines and offer variety. Team members have diverse backgrounds but share a commitment to excellence and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis, gathering, analyzing, structuring, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative business, market, and competitor data.
- Examine firm client base, capabilities, and economics to identify patterns and develop deliverables.
- Manage projects and work plans, scoping strategic issues and options for research and analysis.
- Develop hypotheses and apply time management skills to balance multiple efforts and meet deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy, organization, documentation, communication, and follow-through for own work and others' work.
- Present findings through compelling deliverables such as qualitative and quantitative exhibits, and written reports.
- Collaborate with teammates to create polished, client-ready deliverables.
- Propose actionable options for decision makers and frame strategy implementation plans.
- Build and develop business relationships vital to project success.
- Adopt and foster a collaborative approach with team members and across support functions.
