About the Role
This senior-level position involves assisting clients in raising capital through capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. The role also includes acting as an intermediary in trading for clients, with the overall objective of formulating investment strategies and raising capital.
Responsibilities
- Assume significant responsibility for project and transaction execution, new business development, and firm growth.
- Collaborate with clients on financing transactions, guiding them through the capital raising process.
- Lead due diligence and drafting sessions, preparing clients for equity or debt offerings.
- Work with clients, senior team members, and external advisors on M&A and special situation transactions.
- Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, and investor/management presentations.
- Oversee work performed by analysts and associates on projects.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within Banking.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the corporate banking business, its products, regulations, and lending/credit approval processes.
- Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance, and securities products.
- Series 7 and 63 preferred.
