Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of rebar projects from set-up through completion.
- Provide total contract management for assigned projects, coordinating detailing, scheduling, delivery, and costs.
- Oversee the customer and project team in establishing project processes and adapting schedules.
- Communicate with customers regarding project details, detailing, fabrication, and delivery.
- Review rebar shop drawings and direct revisions as needed.
- Schedule detailing and delivery of products and services with contractors, detailers, and production teams.
- Answer customer questions and resolve project-related problems.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Identify key barriers and apply problem-solving skills to complex situations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- Make decisions under uncertainty with incomplete information.
- Independently perform assignments with limited instruction.
- Determine and develop approaches to solutions.

Skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCad
- Basic knowledge of Planswift
- Basic knowledge of ASA
- Proficient in math calculations
- Excellent customer communication
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineer, Construction Management, or related degree/equivalent work experience
