Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of rebar projects from set-up through completion.
• Provide total contract management for assigned projects, coordinating detailing, scheduling, delivery, and costs.
• Oversee the customer and project team in establishing project processes and adapting schedules.
• Communicate with customers regarding project details, detailing, fabrication, and delivery.
• Review rebar shop drawings and direct revisions as needed.
• Schedule detailing and delivery of products and services with contractors, detailers, and production teams.
• Answer customer questions and resolve project-related problems.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Identify key barriers and apply problem-solving skills to complex situations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
• Make decisions under uncertainty with incomplete information.
• Independently perform assignments with limited instruction.
• Determine and develop approaches to solutions.
