About the Role
The Client Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a client strategy in the Canadian region’s boutiques, by rolling out loyalty programs, installing regional director strategies, and supporting the sales team in enhancing client outreach. This role focuses on building a service-oriented boutique environment, implementing CRM initiatives, and analyzing business impact.
Responsibilities
- Defines and rolls out the Region’s yearly client development action plan in line with the vision and priorities of the Regional Director.
- Collaborates with Boutique Directors and Sales Managers to build the development strategy for each store of the region.
- Sets client KPIs for the year and defines action plans to achieve them and monitor results.
- Supports the on-going education of Sales Associates on client base evolution.
- Sets objectives for different client segments and assists with opportunities for key moments throughout the year.
- Ensures proper roll out of all Loyalty programs and CRM initiatives in the different boutiques of the region.
- Collaborates with management and the Corporate office to decide on gifting campaign strategies.
- Liaises with the CRM team to offer feedback, report ROI and suggest new gifting.
- Responsible for building guest lists for events and presentations.
- Must comply with confidentiality and security guidelines.
- Must comply with all template requests from headquarters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 4-5 years of working in management in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.
- Must have the ability to elevate client experiences.
- Working knowledge of CRM strategy and work closely with client databases.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to travel.
- Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Some travel required within the Region.
