About the Role
Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a junior associate to join its expanding ECVC group. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle and the funds that invest in them, ranging from startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders.
Responsibilities
- Representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions)
- Representing funds that invest in innovative companies
Requirements
- At least four years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
- Stellar academic credentials and references
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quantitative and Excel skills are preferred
- Must attach cover letter, resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript
