About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Become a key resource for the business, developing an understanding of applications impacting customers, billing & payments, and customer communications.
  • Proactively analyze key trends, identify data integrity issues, risks, and opportunities, and support delivery against financial and operational targets.
  • Partner with the business to identify and monitor KPIs, gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Provide value-add analysis to drive performance.
  • Support and analyze various aspects of the billing/payments lifecycle, including reporting, auditing, and updates to processes.
  • Develop process flows and end-to-end functional designs.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems, support the implementation of best practices, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Drive or support projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in an analysis and business support capacity.
  • Expertise with Microsoft suite (Excel, Power BI, Power Point, SQL – preferred).
  • Experience with billing applications.
  • SAP S/4HANA is an asset.
  • Self-starter and strong team player with a sense of urgency and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinker, action-taker, resilient and resourceful with a keen attention to detail and results-focused.
  • Comfortable with data, strong competency in driving analysis & building and maintaining models.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Exemplifies behavior consistent with Reliance culture, values, and leadership practices.
