Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to meet all of their eyewear needs.
  • Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with flawless accuracy.
  • Verify that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
  • Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers in selecting the best frames and lenses based on their needs, fit, style, and lifestyle.
  • Partner with the team to develop best practices for sales and customer service.
  • Represent the brand to educate others and generate excitement about company values and mission.

Requirements

  • A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license, or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
  • Passionate about the eyewear and retail industries.
  • A clear, effective, and professional communicator capable of explaining technical terms to customers.
  • Dedicated to exceeding expectations for customers and teammates.
  • An energetic, positive team player adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities.
  • Open-minded and committed to continuous learning.
  • Takes work seriously but maintains a positive attitude.
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
