Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to meet all of their eyewear needs.
Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with flawless accuracy.
Verify that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.
Assist customers in selecting the best frames and lenses based on their needs, fit, style, and lifestyle.
Partner with the team to develop best practices for sales and customer service.
Represent the brand to educate others and generate excitement about company values and mission.

Requirements

A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license, or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
Passionate about the eyewear and retail industries.
A clear, effective, and professional communicator capable of explaining technical terms to customers.
Dedicated to exceeding expectations for customers and teammates.
An energetic, positive team player adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities.
Open-minded and committed to continuous learning.
Takes work seriously but maintains a positive attitude.
Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
