About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Recruiter to manage challenging searches across Taskrabbit, from senior engineers to executives. This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition, functions as a senior individual contributor, and will own roles end-to-end while helping to shape the company's hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end searches across every function and level, including engineering, product, and executive roles.
- Partner with senior leaders to build hiring plans, calibrate roles, and shape offers.
- Utilize AI to automate sourcing, outreach, screening, and scheduling for increased speed and quality.
- Track funnel and source data in Greenhouse to coach hiring managers and inform leadership decisions.
- Build diverse pipelines of senior technical talent, focusing on passive candidates in the Bay Area.
- Collaborate with the Senior Recruiter and Talent team to refine playbooks, interviews, and candidate experience.
- Represent Taskrabbit in all candidate interactions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5 years focused on technical hiring (engineering, ML/AI, data, product).
- Ability to independently run searches across any function or level, from individual contributor to executive.
- Proficiency with AI tools for sourcing, outreach, screening, or scheduling, with demonstrable results.
- Strong understanding of recruiting data, including building dashboards, defining KPIs, and using data to influence decisions.
- Expertise in Greenhouse or similar ATS (reporting, scorecards, workflows).
- Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of the San Francisco tech market.
- Strong executive presence and ability to challenge senior leaders based on data.
- Marketplace or consumer tech background is a plus.
