About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you serve as the face of the company, providing an exceptional shopping experience and building brand loyalty by representing company values and bringing your authentic self to work.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and provide personalized suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between the salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to complete operational tasks.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• Minimum 16 years of age.
