About the Role
The Data Analyst manages information within alarm monitoring and current information systems to support the dispatching operations of the Federal Protective Service, including the creation and modification of alarm accounts, building profiles, and contact information.
Responsibilities
- Validate and maintain information for all alarm systems and buildings
- Update building profiles with emergency and non-emergency instructions
- Manage alarm account data including physical demographics, local responders, agency contacts, zones, and panel information
- Perform quality assurance for all information systems
- Maintain tracking and logging tools for statistical data
- Log operation statistics
- Assist in training personnel on system operations
Requirements
- US Citizenship
- Ability to pass a background check
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to pass MRPT suitability requirements
- Ability to perform sedentary work involving extended periods of sitting
- Must meet all physical standards required by the contract
