About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you serve as the face of the company, providing an exceptional shopping experience and building brand loyalty. You represent company values while helping guests discover products and ensuring a positive, authentic environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist with their shopping needs.
- Educate guests on product details and provide personalized recommendations.
- Promote the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between various store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
- Maintain integrity and follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for AE and Aerie products.
- Previous retail experience.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
