About the Role

This position is responsible for cataloguing 'showcase' items such as cell phones, tablets, computers, earbuds, and headphones for upcoming auctions. The role involves testing item functionality, checking for defects, performing factory resets, ensuring gaming systems are operational, and verifying the accuracy of condition reports to maximize bids. You will work with a customized software program to open, test, catalogue, and repackage products for resale, maintaining a steady pace. Successful candidates will be comfortable navigating systems, have an above-average understanding of technology, possess keen attention to detail, and be focused on meeting daily targets.

Responsibilities

  • Cataloguing 'showcase' items like cell phones, tablets, computers, earbuds, and headphones.
  • Testing the functionality of each item (e.g., phone lock status, power on/off, connectivity, defects).
  • Performing factory default resets on products.
  • Ensuring gaming systems are operational.
  • Ensuring condition reports are accurate and detailed.
  • Working with a customized software program to open, test, catalogue, and repackage products.
  • Maintaining a steady pace to meet daily targets.
