About the Role

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into discrete, testable tasks.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Develop code and complete tasks with AI tools.
• Critically evaluate all processes with fresh eyes.
• Advocate for quality by identifying unclear or unsound code and tests.
• Collaboratively build and improve shared tools and processes.
• Investigate issues in Production systems or data.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience.
• Professional experience with functional programming (Elixir, Erlang, Scala, F#, etc..) or modern statically typed languages (Rust, Go, Zig, etc..) developing web applications.
• Experience with PostgreSQL profiling and optimization in production environments.
• Comfortable working in a Full-Stack environment involving CSS/JS, Backend Code, and occasional DevOps & Monitoring tasks.
• Familiarity with self-directed Agentic Development.
