About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer Sr. with 3+ years of experience designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions. This role will partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable M365 applications, automations, integrations, and collaboration solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SPFx, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint customizations, web parts, extensions, forms, workflows, and integrations aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Develop modern client-side solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph where applicable.
  • Create and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and other Power Platform components to automate business processes.
  • Implement and support Power Platform pipelines to promote solutions across development, test, and production environments.
  • Use PowerShell and related Microsoft 365 tooling to automate administration, deployment, reporting, and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.
  • Follow secure coding, application lifecycle management, governance, and release management practices for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes and enhancements.
  • Document solution designs, configuration details, deployment steps, and operational support procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions, pages, site structure, and solution support.
  • Hands-on experience developing SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions using JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and solution-aware application lifecycle management.
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform pipelines and environment promotion practices.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform automation.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, JSON, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development practices.
  • Understanding of security, governance, performance, and support considerations for Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with distributed teams.

Salary/Compensations

  • $86,250.00 – $158,125.00
