About the Role

The Restaurant Dishwasher focuses on maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness to ensure guests receive food and beverage service that meets the high standards set by Neiman Marcus.

Responsibilities

• Keep dish, trash, and floor areas clean and organized to the highest Health and Kitchen standards.
• Maintain the dish machine by checking chemical levels, understanding its operation, and reporting malfunctions.
• Keep chemical testers on hand and know how to use all sanitizing materials.
• Periodically check and remove trash when full.
• Organize the dish area with all necessary cleaning solutions.
• Maintain a consistent pace for washing pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and glassware.
• Exercise caution when handling breakable items.
• Keep floors clean from spills, grease, and trash.
• Assist with preparation and additional cleaning tasks in the kitchen as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with all staff members.
• Uphold all Health and Sanitation standards as directed by Neiman Marcus, the local Health Department, and 3rd party Sanitation auditors.

Requirements

• Ability to work autonomously.
• Motivated and results-driven.
• Possess a "Win together" mentality.
• Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds.
• Associates must be available based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary/Compensations

• $19.61 - $24.51
