About the Role
We are seeking a Senior GTM Manager to orchestrate the commercial and promotional strategy for Formula E, focusing on the EMEA market and providing global leadership for regional Go-To-Market teams. This role involves owning the regional GTM strategy to drive ticket sales through full-funnel, audience-led campaigns, balancing global mentorship with hands-on execution and data analysis to uncover growth levers.
Responsibilities

- Own the central EMEA go-to-market plan, aligning departments on regional marketing strategy, audience priorities, and ticket sales targets.
- Collaborate with Communications, Content, Talent, Marketing, and Ticketing teams around a unified vision.
- Own the GTM agency roster, identifying, appointing, and holding partners accountable for execution.
- Lead the regional approach to paid media and performance marketing, optimizing spend across channels.
- Own the EMEA performance framework, extracting insights from data to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Partner with host city directors and race promoters to ensure in-market plans focus on conversion and brand alignment.
- Activate regional partnerships and make real-time campaign adjustments with full decision authority over local marketing and promotional tactics.
Requirements
- Proven track record of developing and delivering large-scale, full-funnel go-to-market strategies within sports, entertainment, or high-growth global industries.
- Experience managing complex performance marketing budgets and multi-channel media strategies (paid social, search, affiliate, programmatic).
- Ability to dive deep into campaign analytics, extract actionable insights, and pivot tactics in real time.
- Successful history of directly managing cross-regional teams (e.g., Americas and APAC) and navigating high-value external agency relationships.
- Experience rallying diverse, cross-functional departments around a cohesive master plan.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Welcome high levels of autonomy and possess the confidence and commercial acumen to make split-second campaign adjustments.
- Highly adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about sports and entertainment.
