About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive customer retention and growth by ensuring customers are engaged and leveraging the full value of the Checkr solution. You will collaborate with an elite team of Customer Success Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Support tactical account responsibilities including issue tracking/follow-up, data and trend analysis, meeting coordination and management, and business review preparation.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients to contribute to planned and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to drive successful renewals and improve the approach to securing customer success.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and partner with cross-functional teams to provide visibility on customer issues and feedback.
  • Oversee multiple customer projects throughout their lifecycle, including expansions, implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and proactively implement changes.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate administrative work and free up time for customers.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of client-facing customer success/sales/account management/customer service experience.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts independently and driving renewal outcomes.
  • General knowledge of software applications such as Salesforce and Google Apps.
  • Strong customer focus and a view that customer success is your own success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Acute attention to detail for tracking high-volume tactical program elements across multiple customers.
  • Flexibility to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on challenging new projects.
  • Enjoyment of planning, executing, iterating, winning, and celebrating success.
  • Comfort learning and using AI tools for automation or a strong aptitude to do so.
  • Experience in the CRA or HR Tech space is a plus.
  • An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action, resilience through ambiguity, and ownership to deliver outcomes.

  • $106,000—$125,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)
  • $90,000—$106,000 USD (Denver, CO)
