About the Role
Account Managers provide high-quality service to our Clients and Account Executives, ensuring satisfaction by balancing service quality and response speed. This role supports Senior Account Executives in policy administration, billing coordination, application processing, and other assigned duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage the activity for assigned accounts
- Manage the schedule of values for each assigned Client
- Create schedules of insurance and proposals
- Administer quarterly reporting and invoicing of locations added or removed from the schedule of values
- Endorsement processing
- Invoicing
- Track client account balances and work with the accounting department to ensure prompt payment
- Set up new and renewal policies
- Manage day-to-day account transactions including additions, deletions of vehicles, acquisitions
- Generate and update schedules of insurance, create Acord certificates, Auto ID Cards, Loss Run reports and similar documents
- Support administration of program adjustments including dividend and audit adjustments
- Contact clients and underwriters to obtain information about policy changes, renewals and endorsements
Requirements
- Candidates with current commercial insurance industry experience
- Licensed in P&C
- At least 2-3+ years of experience working for a commercial insurance brokerage servicing middle market to large accounts
- Strong sense of urgency and thoroughness
- Team players who are eager to learn and grow and collaborate well with others
- Minimum 2 years of insurance brokerage or insurance carrier experience
- Strong computer skills including MS office suite, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have excellent organization and time management skills

Salary/Compensations
- $70,000.00 - $95,000.00
