About the Role
Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and provide exceptional customer service by offering information about resort services, facilities, and amenities.
Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries and calls for assistance.
- Greet guests by name whenever possible.
- Deliver guest faxes, packages, and flowers.
- Organize luggage assistance for individual guests and groups.
- Provide information on the resort, resort events, and local entertainment.
- Drive various types of vehicles.
- Liaise and communicate with appropriate operational departments.
- Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with guests, ownership, and employees.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean Driver's Abstract.
- Ability to exceed customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication.
- Commitment to continually increase knowledge of products and services.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and achieve new skills.
