About the Role

Circle of Life is seeking a CFSS Support Worker to join our Austin, MN team. This role involves providing essential care services to seniors, children, and individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently in their homes. The position offers flexible scheduling and is part-time, ranging from 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care Services to clients in accordance with the care plan.
• Provide assistance including, but not limited to, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and other health related tasks.
• Ensure a safe, clean, healthy home environment.
• Document cares provided to client as instructed.
• Assist with routine household chores of light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands/shopping, and transportation arrangements.
• Recognize safety hazards in client's home environment or habits of daily living.
• Report all safety concerns to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Provide clients with social and emotional support.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect.
• Maintain training and educational requirements.

Requirements

• CFSS Support Worker Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Industry knowledge strongly preferred
