About the Role

As a Consultant, you will manage or lead multiple consulting engagements and ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Manage project teams through the design, development, and delivery of client work products.
• Provide strategic direction, problem-solving expertise, and intellectual leadership to clients and internal teams.
• Execute rigorous research and analysis to develop clear actionable insights.
• Design, structure, and deliver high-quality client reports and presentations.
• Identify strategic alternatives and approaches to address complex client questions.
• Support follow-on work and identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual property and reusable assets for future engagements.
• Support proposal development and business development activities.
• Coach and mentor team members to support both project delivery and professional growth.
• Lead or contribute to internal initiatives related to recruiting, training, and team development.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in management consulting within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or healthcare industries, with evidence of career progression.
• Strong understanding of key industry dynamics, trends, and strategic challenges.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or complex workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
• Experience leading client discussions, presentations, and workshops.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic recommendations.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
• Experience building relationships with senior managers and executives.
• Interest in contributing to business development and firm-building activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
