About the Role

Support the execution and operationalization of Comcast Advertising’s enterprise AI strategy by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring AI programs are delivered effectively and consistently across the organization. This role partners with various departments to support AI portfolio planning, track progress, and drive adoption of AI capabilities, while building scalable processes and supporting governance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and alignment of enterprise AI roadmaps across business units.
  • Contribute to prioritization of AI use cases based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
  • Track and synthesize KPIs, ROI, and adoption metrics to inform decisions.
  • Prepare clear, actionable insights and materials to support leadership direction.
  • Support execution of AI adoption strategies in partnership with HR and business leaders.
  • Help design and scale enablement programs including training, communications, and engagement.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Surface adoption barriers and support stakeholder alignment on solutions.
  • Support coordination across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business teams.
  • Manage delivery across assigned workstreams, including dependencies, timelines, and risks.
  • Help facilitate alignment forums and prepare materials for senior stakeholder discussions.
  • Identify and escalate risks with recommended actions.
  • Support execution of AI governance processes across the portfolio.
  • Help ensure alignment with data, risk, and enterprise standards.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards to track performance, impact, and value.
  • Support documentation and adoption of governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to drive team development and accountability.
  • Make business-impacting decisions on the ground-floor.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintain consistent, punctual attendance.
  • Work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 to 10 years of experience in strategy, program management, product operations, or enterprise transformation roles.
  • Strong program and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority within a defined scope.
  • Experience tracking KPIs, adoption metrics, or portfolio performance.
  • Familiarity with AI, data, or analytics driven initiatives.
  • Experience supporting change management or adoption programs.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to synthesize information and present clear insights.
  • Experience in advertising, media, AdTech, or related industries.
  • Exposure to AI use cases such as targeting, personalization, automation, or analytics.
  • Experience supporting governance or portfolio management processes.
  • Background in consulting, strategy, or program management in a matrixed organization.
  • Understand Operating Principles.
