About the Role

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to build brand awareness and develop compelling collateral supporting organizational goals. The ideal candidate will embody the company's core values: Integrity, Uniqueness, Enjoyment, and Ever Forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project marketing qualification and production process.
• Clearly communicate information, deliverables, and content needs from the team, including deadlines.
• Collect project-specific information and develop boilerplate content.
• Integrate technical responses to ensure consistent messaging and visuals.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to coordinate new service efforts.
• Develop internal and external content to build a consistent and positive brand image supporting key messages and business objectives.
• Create project or service line specific stories and content illustrating technical expertise and leadership.
• Maintain and update project information in the CRM system, ensuring consistency across all materials.
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of corporate identity standards in all produced materials.
• Support special projects related to function and skillsets as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and detail-oriented team player.
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and graphic design/layout skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), Word, and PowerPoint.
• A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
• Available for minimal travel.
