About the Role
Product Management Directors are strategic thinkers and problem-solvers who lead teams to drive high-value outcomes for the organization and customers. This role involves re-imagining how people interact with money across a portfolio of products, creating experiences that simplify lives while delivering measurable business impact. You will lead from the front on culture, embrace AI, and manage complex goal setting across multiple time horizons.
Responsibilities
- Define target customer experience and foster a customer-first team environment
- Coach teams to leverage end-to-end customer experience insights to build product vision and strategy
- Define key success metrics and measurable outcomes focused on growth levers
- Prioritize work across multiple teams to maximize growth and impact
- Explore domain-relevant technology to support discovery and push boundaries
- Partner with technology and design teams to define destination states and shared objectives
- Develop and evangelize a compelling product vision aligned with business goals
- Execute strategic direction for portfolios based on business objectives, user needs, and investment appetite
- Nurture a culture of risk management and regulatory awareness while balancing speed to market
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers
- Lead cross-functional teams through roadmap delivery
- Operate as a strategic connector across the enterprise, partnering with teams in Canada and the US
- Contribute to team culture and improve product management practices through systems and methodologies
- Build and maintain relationships with executives, customers, and partners
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of Product Management experience
- At least 7+ years of people leadership experience, specifically leading Product Managers
- Experience creating and delivering customer-centric, data-driven product vision and strategy
- Track record of delivering quantifiable results with significant business and customer impacts
