About the Role
Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join its expanding ECVC group. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle and the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level.
Responsibilities
- Representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions)
- Representing funds that invest in innovative companies
Requirements
- At least four years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
- Stellar academic credentials and references
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quantitative and Excel skills
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
