About the Role

Stripe is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Treasury Finance Transformation team. This role is integral to developing sophisticated Treasury Finance capabilities and contributing to the mission of building the Global Payments and Treasury Network (GPTN). The team focuses on analyzing data, evaluating business processes, and driving strategic decisions to optimize treasury capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from problem definition to final recommendation, tackling ambiguous questions with rigor and independence.
• Lead complex projects focused on operational efficiency, governance, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering teams to assess impacts of changes and identify process improvements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
• Establish and maintain project governance to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Prepare materials for presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Change Management, gained in management consulting or change management within high-growth tech companies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders across various functional areas.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to understand complex technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on, adaptable approach with comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to take on varied roles and collaborate effectively with senior management.
• Curiosity-driven mindset to effectively lead technical teams and subject matter experts.
