About the Role

This role reports to the SVP of Marketing and plays an essential role within the Marketing team to produce creative assets and campaigns for corporate and Loan Officer use.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with upper management to create and develop campaigns from concept to final execution.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Design emails, direct mail, print materials, and social media assets in various formats.
• Interact weekly with Loan Officers to provide personalized marketing materials.
• Utilize APIs and custom integrations to manage content across platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and WordPress.
• Provide mentorship to the Marketing Team to elevate the brand's visual identity.
• Develop campaign concepts in pitch deck format for review with the SVP.
• Follow rigorous QA processes to ensure flawless asset delivery.
• Partner with the SVP of Marketing to manage project deliverables and timelines.
• Make precise design decisions regarding typography, layout, and alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-4 years of related experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach.
• Strong ability to anticipate needs and foster relationships.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Strong organizational, project management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Articulate and poised communication style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Hootsuite or social media dashboards is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Canva is strongly preferred.
