About the Role
The Manager, Integrated Marketing - Co-Marketing leads DoorDash Canada's co-marketing strategy across Restaurants, Grocery, Retail, and CPG. This role develops and executes integrated marketing programs to drive business growth, builds and maintains high-impact partner relationships, uncovers new growth opportunities, and leads cross-functional initiatives across multiple business lines. As a strategic connector, this role translates business objectives into impactful co-marketing campaigns and scalable partnership programs, owning annual planning, partner prioritization, budget management, campaign development, and performance measurement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead co-marketing strategies across Restaurants, Grocery, Retail, and CPG, building strong partner relationships that drive mutual business growth and deliver value for customers, merchants, and DoorDash.
- Own annual co-marketing planning, partner prioritization, and campaign roadmaps, partnering closely with Growth, Brand, Retention, Creative, and business stakeholders to align marketing investments with business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns, ensuring clear goals, strong cross-functional alignment, and seamless delivery from strategy through launch.
- Identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact co-marketing opportunities that drive incremental business results, unlock new monetization opportunities, and strengthen DoorDash's position with key merchant and brand partners.
- Serve as the primary connector across internal and external stakeholders, proactively communicating campaign performance, surfacing risks, and driving alignment on priorities, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Establish measurement frameworks and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance, improve efficiency, and inform future co-marketing strategies and investments.
- Own the co-marketing strategy and integration across all Integrated Marketing campaigns, including Consumer Occasions, Sports partnerships, DashPass partnerships and more.
Requirements
- 6+ years of integrated marketing strategy and execution experience with a minimum of 4+ years in a Manager role, including setting and reporting against integrated marketing goals.
- Experience in partner management, building and running co-branded campaigns, and an understanding of how to operate with a partner-centric mindset.
- Experience building or managing partnership monetization models within the marketing space.
- Clear understanding of the full-funnel marketing mix across a variety of online and offline mediums including media (OOH, paid search/display/social), experiential, in-store, PR etc and how they work together to present a cohesive and integrated campaign in market.
- Experience in managing budgets and allocating spend across marketing levers to drive the biggest and most efficient impact.
- Experience using AI tools within your day to day (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Experience in analyzing data to understand and determine performance and to glean insights for future work.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to seek the answers needed.
- Strong communicator comfortable dealing with various levels of seniority within an organization.
- Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail to strive for execution excellence.
- Leads with curiosity and seeks out opportunities to do things differently and drive innovation to improve business impact.
