About the Role
Peloton seeks an organized, analytical, and creative-thinking Sales Operations and Training Program Manager to support our AU team. This role will deeply understand the businesses they support and execute initiatives that enable growth and overcome barriers to operational excellence, while managing day-to-day sales operations. The Program Manager will partner cross-functionally with global teams and external partners, ensuring contractual obligations and standards of excellence are met.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day management of Peloton sales operations in Australia, including partner onboarding, activation support, external vendor management and compliance, asset deployment, and budget management.
- Identify and recommend retail activation opportunities, project manage physical retail activations, and manage sales components of marketing and retail activations.
- Identify and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement Sales Policies and Procedures (SOPs, documentation) as required.
- Review business reports and participate in regular business reviews with international sales leadership to understand the business and identify opportunities for sales operational excellence.
- Act as a point person for operational questions, issues, and ideation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to lead new sales programs or process rollouts and execute sales operations requirements.
- Assess program risks and provide options for mitigation.
- Utilize project management tools to remain organized and communicate program updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Deliver best-in-class sales training for 3P partner sales teams and support training and sales capabilities of 3P at store level.
- Partner with Operations team and 3rd party auditing partners to ensure inventory in the field is in excellent working condition and complies with brand standards.
- Partner with Supply Chain leadership to develop operational standards for managing purchase orders, shipping, and logistics.
- Ensure customers' orders are placed on time, reflected in systems, and delivered according to business requirements.
- Analyze operational data from a Sales Operations lens to identify trends, track performance, and generate reports monthly and quarterly.
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.
Requirements
- Demonstrable relevant operational work experience in a B2C and/or B2B sales environment, preferably supporting global teams.
- Self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well with stakeholders and small, agile teams.
- Experience developing & managing budgets.
- Highly organized and thorough work ethic.
- Understanding of Peloton’s company vision and brand image with the ability to communicate it effectively and with enthusiasm.
- Excellent written and editing skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
