About the Role

As a PMI Associate (Post Merger Integration), you will transform newly acquired, often analog, property management companies into part of our tech platform by migrating data, rebuilding processes, and onboarding teams, aiming to turn an established operation into a smoothly running system within 100 days. You will lead your own integrations end-to-end, make decisions with direct impact, and work closely with managing directors.

Responsibilities

Lead integrations end-to-end, owning the 100-day plan including workstreams, milestones, and deadlines.
Migrate data and systems, including portfolios, properties, and contracts, from legacy systems like DOMUS to the Buena platform, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and no loss of billing information.
Rebuild processes for accounting, WEG/rental management, and daily operations, transitioning from legacy systems to Buena standards and tools.
Onboard and guide managing directors and employees of acquired companies through the change, acting as a bridge between the portfolio company and headquarters.
Track and maintain integration KPIs, such as migration status and billing, to report on the progress of each integration.
Automate recurring tasks using AI and automation tools to improve the speed and efficiency of future integrations.

Requirements

Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
Ability to drive projects independently, manage multiple workstreams concurrently, meet deadlines, and maintain overview in a rapidly changing environment.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data preparation and consolidation), and ability to interpret operational and financial key figures (P&L/BWA, revenue, units under management).
German language proficiency at C1 level or native speaker, as contracts, financial statements, and communication with management companies are in German.
1-3 years of full-time professional experience in consulting, M&A/integration, corporate development, operations, or a fast-growing startup.
