About the Role

Drybar White Plains is under new ownership and seeking fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service. The Drybar White Plains Ambassador will greet, assist, and provide product and membership information to clients, visitors, and guests, while promoting and selling memberships, gift cards, and retail products.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships, gift cards, and retail products to guests.
• Create a friendly environment by welcoming and assisting guests, and responding to customer questions and needs.
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and greet guests.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guest records and surveys.
• Prepare guest records for treatments.
• Participate in special events to promote the salon.
• Maintain cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and spa public areas, and assist in maintaining in-house linens.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
