Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously according to company policies
- Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested
- Adhere to DOT regulations and hours of service requirements
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
- Follow pre-determined route sequencing for deliveries
- Handle COD payments securely per company policy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area
- Provide exceptional customer service aligned with company values
- Wear provided clean and laundered uniforms
- Operate Material Handling Equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform other duties as requested
Requirements
- Safety-first mentality
- 1+ years of delivery or box truck experience preferred
- 1+ years with no at-fault accidents
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Current driver’s license relevant to vehicle class
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting
- Ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs
- Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports per policy and DOT regulations
- Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
- Pass pre-employment screenings
