About the Role

Small Girls PR is seeking a Creative Strategist to join their influencer marketing team, working with diverse brands in the food & beverage, wellness, and consumer tech sectors. This role offers enriched and diversified experience due to the unique approach to each client.

Responsibilities

  • Support the digital team in executing and organizing paid and earned influencer partnerships.
  • Lead day-to-day client communications.
  • Oversee administrative tasks for clients, including activity reports, agendas, and meeting schedules, in partnership with junior staff.
  • Support teamwide project management by creating and managing timelines, reporting on action items, and organizing materials.
  • Execute paid and earned influencer campaigns, including research, influencer identification, outreach, negotiation, and reporting.
  • Conduct social listening to identify reactive opportunities and develop recommendations for client approval.
  • Manage the account payables process, including receiving and ensuring payment for influencer invoices.
  • Participate in client calls, providing recommendations, campaign updates, and securing approvals.
  • Establish and manage relationships with influencers, agents, and vendors.
  • Exercise sound judgment in spending OOP to meet deliverables, client KPIs, and deadlines while creating share-worthy campaigns.
  • Contribute new, creative concepts to agency and client brainstorms.
  • Mentor and oversee junior staff on work execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Experience negotiating contracts.
  • Experience creating and managing successful influencer campaigns.
  • Experience maintaining a strong network of influencer and agent relationships.
  • Ability to monitor progress of personal and team deliverables, and influencer deliverables and projects.
  • Ability to work well with integrated teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of platform and content best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to instill client confidence.
  • Proactive in looking for creative solutions to problems.
  • Eager to learn and collaborate.
  • Interest in growing as an influencer expert and understanding integrated communications.
  • Willingness to understand the needs of specialists outside of your own area.
  • Ability to collaborate for the greater good of the client.
