About the Role

Veo seeks operations professionals passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining vehicles and improving fleet operations efficiency. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers will locate, swap batteries, and rebalance vehicles throughout the city, performing quality checks and minor repairs. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and staying active throughout their shift.

Responsibilities

Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks.
Drive a company van to find and swap batteries for scooters.
Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be 21+ years old.
Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Must have a smartphone and be app-savvy.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs scooters without assistance.
Good communication and attention to detail.

Skills

Knowledge of local geography and street layout.
Flexible schedule including early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, etc.
