About the Role

Serve as a trusted advisor for individuals and families seeking life insurance and wealth-building solutions. Engage with qualified leads, conduct consultative sales, and guide clients through the sales process. Unlike traditional roles, you will not prospect or purchase leads, as Amplify provides a pipeline of qualified inbound opportunities. Develop and manage your own book of business, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the client journey. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and enjoy helping clients achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage qualified inbound leads through outbound calls, SMS, and email.
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand client financial goals and needs.
  • Educate clients on life insurance concepts, including term life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and Final Expense (FE) solutions.
  • Present personalized recommendations and illustrate how proposed solutions align with client objectives.
  • Guide clients through the application process and gather required information.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales and production goals.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients throughout the sales and delivery process.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients during underwriting and policy delivery.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Coordinate with case managers to address client questions and facilitate policy approval and delivery.
  • Conduct policy delivery appointments and review policy details with clients.
  • Ensure clients understand their policy structure, benefits, premium commitments, and long-term objectives.
  • Confirm successful policy delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for additional coverage, policy optimization, or future planning.
  • Foster long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals.
  • Partner with case managers, operations teams, and leadership to improve client outcomes.
  • Participate actively in sales coaching, training sessions, and team meetings.
  • Maintain required insurance licensing and continuing education requirements.
  • Contribute feedback to improve sales processes, customer experience, and platform enhancements.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable insurance regulations.
  • Follow company compliance, privacy, and data security policies.
  • Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM.
  • Ensure all disclosures and policy illustrations are presented in accordance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
  • Protect confidential client information.

Requirements

  • Active Life Insurance License in at least one U.S. state.
  • Must maintain all licenses, appointments, and continuing education requirements necessary to conduct business in assigned jurisdictions.
