About the Role
As a Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for the further development of our finance organization, with a special focus on digitalization and process optimization. You will lead a small team and ensure that our financial structures in Germany and France are efficient, transparent, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Improve communication with our tax advisor and reduce information loss in accounting.
- Create and provide current financial statement analyses for management.
- Build and develop reporting and budgeting for better company management.
- Increase overall efficiency and ensure a functioning, forward-looking finance organization.
- Integrate and introduce the new system with a clear focus on digitalization.
- Provide current financial data for existing countries and integrate additional locations.
- Support in clarifying open items and payment agreements.
- Participate in the establishment of new locations.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Finance Management or Accounting.
- Experience in leading or guiding teams.
- Clear affinity for digitalization and system implementation.
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on operational details.
- Reliability and experience to act as an equal contact person for the team and management.
- Ability to think strategically and implement pragmatically.
- Fluent English skills (required - if no French skills).
